Habitat
Common in deciduous or mixed forests, wooded lands, fruit-growing fields and even parks and gardens.
Description
Small passerine, it has a distinctive cephalic pattern with white cheeks, black eye stripe and blue cap. The dorsal part is greenish with bright blue wings while the lower areas are yellow with a thin central black stripe at the height of the belly. Both sexes are similar, although the female usually has duller tones.
