Habitat

Common in open wooded areas, agricultural areas with scattered trees, or even in large parks. It is usually seen in small groups, except in roosts, where colonies of considerable size can be created. Build nest in trees or bushes.

Description

Corvid of medium size, with a shiny and dense blackish plumage, a rounded tail, a thick bill, and a broad and flattened head. Wide and rounded wings, it has a flight where slow and constant wingbeats predominate and that help us to differentiate it from other species of corvids. The song is serious and metallic.
